We are currently y replacing the roofline at a house on Rothay Close, Penketh.  The old wooden fascia boards, soffits and old guttering and downpipes will be removed and replaced with low maintenance UPVC.  The new roofline is sure to not only look great but it will require very little maintenance for years to come…..no more painting required!
